產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介:

   本產(chǎn)品包含10種純化的預(yù)染蛋白質(zhì)組成,分子量范圍為25-400 kD (25, 45, 72, 100, 130, 160200,250, 300 kD),其中400 kD為暗紅色,72 kD條帶為橙紅色,25 kD為綠色,其余條帶為藍(lán)色,可以用于SDS-PAGEWestern Blot轉(zhuǎn)膜時(shí)確定未知蛋白的分子量。

使用說明:

1 第一次收到該產(chǎn)品,常溫融化后,徹底混勻,離心快甩將溶液完全收集到管底

2上樣量根據(jù)膠的厚度和梳子的寬度確定。一般說來,1 mm×5mm(厚度×寬度)的加樣孔上樣10 μl,其他規(guī)格梳子請(qǐng)適當(dāng)調(diào)整上樣量。

3 電泳結(jié)束后,可以直接在膠上觀察結(jié)果。

4 預(yù)染蛋白Marker在不同的凝膠系統(tǒng)中遷移率會(huì)有不同,因此只能用來粗略估計(jì)目的蛋白的大小。如要精確確定蛋白的大小,請(qǐng)?jiān)谕荒z系統(tǒng)中用非預(yù)染蛋白Marker來標(biāo)定預(yù)染蛋白Marker的分子量。
